2. Negative Air Pressure Creation: We utilize a powerful commercial vacuum to create negative air pressure within the main supply line, effectively capturing dust and debris during cleaning.

3. Supply Vent Cleaning:

• Compressed air is used in conjunction with agitation tools and brushes to dislodge dirt and debris from your supply vents.
• Each vent is thoroughly sanitized for optimal air quality.

4. Return Vent Cleaning: We switch the vacuum to target the main return line, repeating the cleaning process with agitation tools and brushes to remove dust and debris from all return vents.

5. Main Line Cleaning: Our technicians use specialized agitation tools and brushes to clean the main supply and return lines, channels, and joint lines, ensuring all dust and debris are directed towards the powerful vacuum.

6. Bonus Inspection & Cleaning: We offer a FREE inspection of your furnace blower and AC coils. If you choose to proceed, we can clean them at the same time as your duct cleaning (additional charges may apply).

7. Access Hole Creation & Sealing: To ensure a comprehensive cleaning, we may create a few access holes following NADCA standards. Rest assured, all openings will be properly sealed after the cleaning process.

8. Free Air Balancing (if needed): For optimal airflow throughout your system, we may perform a free air balancing service after cleaning.

9. Duct System Sanitization: Using a fogging machine, we provide an extra layer of protection by sanitizing the entire duct system.

10. Before & After Pictures: We take pictures of your ductwork before and after cleaning, allowing you to visualize the cleaning results.
